St Matt’s is an Anglican Church, based in Widcombe, Bath.
Our vision is:
“To authentically follow Jesus, joyfully serve others and boldly share His love with the world.”
Our Values are to be:
Wholehearted – Community centred – embracing authenticity, humility and compassion in all we do.
Spirit-led – Seeking God audaciously in prayer, the Word, worship, and action.
Empowering – Pursuing God’s vision and biblical discipleship for every person.
Generous – Encouraging, servant hearted and uplifting of others.
Missional – Unified and outwardly focused and relevant, sharing Jesus in the world.
We offer kids work every Sunday, apart from the 2nd Sunday when we have a relaxed cafe church set up. On 5th Sundays we have a joint Benefice service at 10.45 at St Matts.
We look forward to welcoming you soon!
The most up-to-date information about services is always available from our church calendar.
We hope you enjoy listening to our sermons here.
